FORT FORTITUDE — Monday, July 26, 2021 @ Delaware Park, Race 4.

Post Time is 2:45 PM ET.

Radar Insight: FORT FORTITUDE is dropping in class off the highest, last race speed figure. The seven-year-old should improve in his second start off the bench.

Troy Johnson and Jagger In's FORT FORTITUDE breaks from the ten hole in a thirteen-horse field. The seven-year-old gelding has been assigned 3-1 morning-line odds for trainer Jamie Ness. In addition to the Radar Insight, there's plenty to like about this competitor. Jockey Jaimie Rodriguez wins at a superb rate when teamed up with Jamie Ness, to the tune of 29% over the last two months. FORT FORTITUDE made his Delaware Park turf-debut last time out and finished a respectable second, beaten only by a neck in the five furlong contest. He had to race three-wide and then four-wide, yet finished with gusto. This time he gets an extra furlong of run.

ROYAL'S GIRL —  Monday, July 26, 2021 @ Indiana Grand, Race 3.

Post Time is 3:27 PM ET.

Radar Insight: Comment: "As rider pleased" in ROYAL'S GIRL debut.

Charles W. Ritter's ROYAL'S GIRL breaks from post position two with a morning-line odds of 7-5. Trainer Scott Becker sends the four-year-old filly by GHAALEB to this Allowance $38k spot, sprinting six furlong on the dirt, a race restricted to Indiana-breds fillies and mares, three-years-old and upward. As hinted from the Radar Insight, this filly coasted in her debut win last month, going gate-to-wire and winning by three lengths. Jockey Victor Santiago was aboard for the win and returns for the assignment. On paper she's got the fastest early, middle and late race speed. She's favored to run this field off her feet.
