International Racing 9/11 – Doncaster & 9/12 - Curragh

2:20 Doncaster

7f (7f6y) Champagne Stakes (Group 2) (Colts & Geldings) (Class 1) (2yo)

3 - Reach For The Moon

Winner last out in group 3 vs some horses in this field

4 starts and 2 wins 2 places

All races at the distance of 7 furlongs

Raced freely in last and when asked to go, he did. Winner by 4 lengths

Gosden trained with Frankie Dettori to ride

Negative: The speed of his races concerns me

The owner: The Queen

1 - Lusail

Winner of 3 in a row

Last 2 wins in group 2

Short field so just get the trip

Worst race was a third at Pointefract

3:00 Doncaster

7f (7f6y) Cazoo Park Stakes (Group 2) (Class 1) (3yo+)

3 - Glorious Journey

Good third last out in group 2 at York at todays distance

Winners 3 starts back at Newmarket at todays distance

One really bad race this year at 6 furlongs against a strong field group 1 – winner Starman

Many in that race have won or placed in next start

Based on the races and who's he faced, this maybe a good spot for him

5 - Laneqash

Lighly raced with on 4 starts

Only bad race on heavy track at Newbury as the favorite and finished last

Jim Crowley returns to ride

Always raced at this distance

3 year old getting weight from elders

Should be the favorite here

4 - Oh This Is Us

Last 2 races, he's at the rear but kept on in both races

Useful to me because running in handicap and group 3

Why pick him? I don't think he can win but I do think against this group he can place

7 furlongs – 6 wins 7 placings from 24 starts

Career record – 76 starts 16 wins and 23 placings

8 year old who's run this season with 2 win and 2 placings from 11 starts

Good odds

3:35 Doncaster

1m6½f (1m6f115y) Cazoo St Leger Stakes (Group 1) (British Champions Series) (No Geldings) (Class 1) (3yo)

3 - Hurricane Lane

A winner in France last out by 6 lengths and it could have been more

6 starts 5 wins and 1 placing

Placing in the English Derby was because he lost a shoe during the running of the race

Wins on all types of track conditions

Starter in the Arc? Breeders Cup? Dodge racing St Marks Bastilic?

Best 3 years right now? Certainly a top 5 (Snowfall is number 1)

6 - Ottoman Emperor

Undefeated on the turf

One lost was on the all-weather

Big race at Goodwood last out, took the lead with 1 furlong left and kept on going

My question is the distance? Dam side says maybe, sire side says not likely

 5 - Mojo Star

Runs strong races in group compnay but didn't' win until his last race vs 3 rivals in maiden race

2 group 1 attempts with a second and fifth

Improving for this level or was the English Derby a fluke?

12 Sep 21 CURRAGH

Derrinstown Stud Flying Five Stakes (Group 1)   (3yo+) 5f

Glass Slippers

Good run vs good field last time out – needed race

Hasn't won off a layoff ever...but ran a better than normal race

Breeder's Cup Sprint Champion

Won over track last year and in a large field

Winter Power

2 really (really) good races

Beat next out winner Emaraaty Ana (Group 2)

One bad race this year at Royal Ascot, was the up front early pace too much for her?

Nice race in group 2 at Curragh last out

Benefited from a strong pace to set her up for the finish

Only wins are at 5 furlongs

8 runs 3 wins 4 placings

Worst finish was at Royal Ascot (6th) otherwise always runs strong

Took her 6 races to break her maiden
