As we get closer to the first weekend in November, we're already seeing a few of the Breeders' Cup probables drop from the fields.

VEXATIOUS, trained by Jack Sisterson, will not run in the Distaff. The mare edged MIDNIGHT BISOU out of the Personal Ensign Stakes at Saratoga back in the summer. Sisterson reported yesterday that she came up slightly off after training and for the best interest of the horse will not be running at the Breeders' Cup.

HAPPY SAVER, trained by Todd Pletcher, will also keep is unbeaten record intact and will not be running in the Breeders' Cup. The plan is to possibly point him towards the Pegasus, but Pletcher feels that the Classic is coming up to soon. He believes that 2021 will be even better for the colt if they wait.

Stay tuned to Horse Racing Radar as we provide Breeders' Cup news and analysis heading into the championship weekend.
