The Indiana Derby alone was $1,026,395. That was also the best week ever for the track with a total of $13,176,192 wagered. The track's overall handle was up 60.93% over 2019.
The Quarter Horse handle was up as well with a 17.33% increase over 2019. The total 2020 handle for Quarter Horse racing was $20,143,348.30 compared to 2019's $17,168,338. The largest single card handle was on August 8th, with an all-Quarter Horse day, at $819,708.35 wagered.
