To say the track was sloppy today at Aqueduct is an understatement. It was sealed, but it was a very wet and cold day in New York.

KNOWN AGENDA and PICKIN' TIME bumped at the start, while the rest of the field broke clear. TEN FOR TEN went to the front, leading by a length and a half through the half-mile. PICKIN' TIME ran second followed by KNOWN AGENDA. At the three-quarter pole, BROOKLYN STRONG moved into second. At the turn, he went three-wide clawing for the lead while TEN FOR TEN drifted midstretch, but had enough to pull away and take the win over TEN FOR TEN by a neck. KNOWN AGENDA finished third several lengths back.

BROOKLYN STRONG is a bay gelding by WICKED STRONG out of RIVIERA CHIC, by MEDAGLIA D'ORO. He is owned by Mark Schwartz and trained by Daniel Velazquez and ridden by Joel Rosario. The horse was purchased for $5,000 and is now the road to the Kentucky Derby.
