She was the winner of the 2019 $1 Million Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf at Santa Anita. She was ready for her 4-year-old season, but due to a paddock mishap, SHARING is being retired due to the injury. 

SHARING is a SPEIGHTSTOWN daughter out of the 2010 Breeders' Cup Filly and Mare Turf heroine SHARED ACCOUNT.  Bred by Sagamore Farm, she was purchased as a yearling by Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners for $350,000 at the 2018 Fasig-Tipton Select Sale in Saratoga. She was campaigned by Eclipse and Gainesway Farm. She was trained by Graham Motion. 

At two, SHARING broker her maiden on the dirt going seven furlongs at Saratoga. SHe thin won the Selima Stakes on the dirt to get to the Breeders' Cup. She was an Eclipse Award finalist and named Maryland-bred Horse of the Year. 

At three, she won the Tepin Stakes at Churchill Downs. She then went across the pond to run in the Royal Ascot where she finished second in the G1 Coronation. She came home to win the Edgewood (G2) at Churchill Downs. She was then a close fourth G1 Matriarch at Del Mar and third in the G1 American Oaks at Santa Anita. Throughout the year she battled hoof issues, but was still able to come through and win in major races. 

SHARING retires with 5 wins, 1 second, and 2 thirds out of 9 starts. She retires with earnings shy of $1.1 million.
