A three-horse spill occured on Race 5 at Belmont Park — involving jockey Pablo Fragoso (aboard SAILOR'S TREASURE), Junior Alvarado (aboard SPORT MODEL) and Manny Franco (aboard UNDETECTABLE).

All horses appeared to have been okay; they were seen to have been collared and walked off.

According to Equibase charts, the spill occurred on the five-sixteenths pole. SPORT MODEL clipped heels and tumbled, unseating Franco. This caused the collision with oncoming UNDETECTABLE and SAILOR'S TREASURE, tripping both of them, though all were able to get back up and be walked off to safety.

Manny Franco was seen getting up and walking on his own strength. Junior Alvarado and Pablo Fragoso were transported to the local area hospital for evaluation.

Alvarado's agent, Mike Sellitto, disclosed that Alverado is waiting for CT-Scan results for a possible concussion, but is otherwise okay.

No additional information yet on Pablo Fragoso.
