On Saturday June 5th, 2021, tune in to Monmouth Park to catch the 13th running of the $150K Monmouth Stakes for three-year-olds and upward, going one mile and one-eighth over the Monmouth Park lawn.

Trainer Chad Brown has dominated this contest in recent history, capturing the last four runnings with: MONEY MULTIPLIER (2017-2018), ALMANAAR (2019-2020).

This year Brown will be represented by three horses: DEVAMANI, TRIBHUVAN, and SERVE THE KING. Here's the full field:

PIXELATE from the rail exits a runner-up finish to CORELLI in the Henry Clark Stakes. Only a head bob separated the two and they can very well throw it down here once again. PIXELATE delivered a sharp 4F workout on Memorial Day, going :48.40 as the fourth fastest of 11 works at that distance.

CORELLI for trainer Jonathan Thomas is in top form right now. He earned a new top speed figure when he won the Henry S. Clark Stakes. Note that it was his comeback race, so we can hope for a move forward here. He's already shown an affinity for the Monmouth turf, having finished a respectable third in the United Nations Stakes (G1).

DEVAMANI won the Knickerbocker Stakes (G2) at Belmont Park back in October 2020 before taking a seven-month layoff. He returned last month in the Fort Marcy Stakes (G2) to finish a decent fourth. We can expect him to be sharper here as he makes his second start of the year. Nik Juarez will be onboard.

WINTERS BACK will represent the Todd Pletcher barn and will probably be vying for the lead early on. He comes off an Allowance race victory, taking the field gate to wire. Paco Lopez will be onboard.

TRIBHUVAN is another Chad Brown runner with a big shot. He'll break from the sixth-slot with Carlos Hernandez aboard, as he makes his second start of the year. We last saw the son of TORNADO capturing the Fort Marcy Stakes (G2) at Belmont Park. Now he's going for his third consecutive victory.

SERVE THE KING is Chad Brown's third runner. He finished second in last year's Monmouth Stakes (G2), but has not run a race since then. He'll break from post position five with Dylan Davis onboard.

FAME TO FAMOUS from the two-hole will be stepping up in class. He exits a win in a claiming race at Belmont Park. OCEAN'S MAP for trainer Gregory D. Sacco is on the right track. The son of LIAM'S MAP is in top form; his last three races were faster than any of his previous efforts. Jose C. Ferrer gets the call.

MEGACITY for trainer John D. Stephens ran a solid second to ANALYZE IT in the Red Bank Stakes (G3) over this Monmouth Park grass. This was back in September of 2020, but he's failed to hit the board in two starts ever since. The son of CITY ZIP will try to turn things around with Jomar Torres on the saddle. Note his sharp 3F work on May 23rd at Monmouth Park, going 35.80 as the 4th fastest of 32 works at that distance.

KITTEN'S SPA will take on graded stakes horses for the first time. She's won two in a row for trainer Jose Lozano Sanchez , and she enters off a win last time out which produced a new top speed figure. Heriberto Figueroa will be in the irons.

WEST WILL POWER is a serious player here for trainer Kelly J. Breen. The son of BERNARDINI is 2 for 2 at Monmouth Park, has never been worse than second in all five career starts, and has scored triple-digit ESFs over his past three races. This guy is ready to roll. Note his sharp 4F workout on May 22nd, going 48:00 as the 6th fastest of 130 works at that distance. Nik Juarez will be onboard.

ANDREZ CONQUIST breaks the widest of them all from the twelfth-slot. Yes, he'll need to improve significantly on figures to be competitive here. But he enters off of a race which earned him a new top speed figure. He raced wide last time out and came up empty. Perhaps with a better trip and a good step forward, he'll have a say in the stretch. Carlos Montalvo will be onboard.
