LOOKS GOOD N A TUX is 9-2 on the morning-line, breaking from the six hole for trainer David Wolochuk and owner Blue Snow Racing Stables. The 7-year-old gelded son of SOUTHERN AFRICA will be making his third start off a layoff. He approaches this 1 mile 40 yard task having won 3 of 4 times at Thistledown. His only loss at the track in question came as a fourth-place effort off of a five-month layoff. He was the favorite that day and had a terrible start, which he never recovered from. LOOKS GOOD N A TUX then rebounded in his next start with a victory against four others, at a 1 mile distance, as the $1.50-to-win favorite. Jockey Luis Rivera was aboard for that score, and is back today for the task.
MUCHO PROSPECT — Wednesday, June 30, 2021 @ Thistledown, Race 8.
Post Time is 4:20 PM ET.
Radar Insight: Distance specialist with 50% wins in 14 starts. Horse for the course with 67% wins in 3 starts.
MUCHO PROSPECT is 3-1 on the morning-line, breaking from the second slot for trainer Nabu Morales and owner Michael J . Friedman. The 6-year-old gelding by PROSPECTIVE exits a dominant win last time out at this level, winning by almost seven lengths. He developed an affinity for Thistledown, having hit the board 3 out of 3 times at this track, and tying his highest speed figure in the first of those attempts. That's quite impressive considering he had already run 33 times. Erik Barbaran was aboard for his last win and is back again for today's task.

Note that MISTY DAY defeated the second favorite of this race by more than 10 lengths last time out.
